My specialty is to create case molds over very delicate and detailed
parts (models). Original sculpts are made from:
-cured
or uncured polymer clays
-dried or wet clays
-wax
-plaster
-wood
-metal
-plastic including expoxies, polyesters, urathanes, acrylics
-organic materials (live tissue, etc.), soa, gelatin.
Casting
Various methods are used including:
-Roto-casting (hollow parts) convoluted parts
-vacuum casting
-pressure casting
-centrifuge
-injection (non-machine)
-slush & gravity casting
Top
Creating Models
Creating models includes sculpting parts and doing simple machining
to produce suitable models for pototypes. Also I create molds
of molds for production purposes. (mold patterns).
Currently under experimentation is making hard-tooling from the
electro-forming process.

Production
Finished products are fabricated using various
materials such as:
-plaster
and/or cement - metals
-expoxy resins - rubber
-urathane resins - poly vinyls
Many pieces are created using different formulations and combinations
of above materials, plus an assortment of fillers are used.
